Subeksha is a research technician in the Gaiha lab. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an MS in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology. During her time at the University of Pittsburgh, she worked on a project to assess the efficacy of T cell immunity offered by the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine against emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants. In the Gaiha lab, she is involved in a project to develop a therapeutic HPV vaccine. Outside of lab, she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
