Ryan is a research technician in the Gaiha Lab. He graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Psychology. During his undergraduate, he participated in the Nathan Schnaper Intern Program in Translational Cancer Research where he characterized the anti-inflammatory properties of lactoferrin-coated PLGA nanoparticles in the Pearson Lab. In the Gaiha lab, he currently assesses the efficacy of different SIV and HIV constructs to elicit CD8+ T-cell responses. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting, reading, watching shows, and trying out new restaurants with his friends.
