Charlie is a research technician in the Gaiha lab. He graduated from Northeastern University in 2022 with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology and minors in Mathematics and Data Science. As an undergraduate he studied SARS-CoV-2 sequence evolution in response to therapeutic monoclonal antibody treatment in the lab of Jonathan Li at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In the Gaiha lab, he is interested in characterizing the CD8+ T cell response to therapeutic HIV vaccination and SARS-CoV-2 infection. Outside of the lab, Charlie is an avid reader and language learner.
